Vovó Anamalia’s Teachings
What is unique about the sessions with Vovó Anamalia, is she introduces people to the Orixás where they exist within the universe, as the energetic forces themselves within their own realms, as the fabrics of the universe.
Vovó Anamalia lifts people up to that level, and from there the connection with the Orixá is made. From there the individual leaves their body and merges with the Orixá, Soul to Soul.
Traditional Teachings
Traditionally the connections have been made by the Orixás leaving their “abode” within the universe and coming forward as form (often recognizable as human attributes).
The connection is made with the person where they are on this earth, and from there the Orixás enter their body.
Vovó Anamalia, herself, carries the protection of the Orixá Nana Buruque.
